Municipal Court of Atlanta to Reschedule All Court Dates Affected by Winter Weather

 Court will waive all failure to appears from January 17-19, 2018

ATLANTA - Due to the National Weather Service Winter Weather Advisory on January 17th and 18th, the City of Atlanta government offices, including the Municipal Court, were closed. In an effort to best serve the public, the Municipal Court will reschedule all court dates affected by the closures, and will waive all FTA’s (Failure To Appear) generated for Wednesday, January 17th through Friday, January 19th. 

Municipal Court phone lines are experiencing a heavy call volume. The Court asks anyone with access to email to contact CourtDate@atlantaga.gov.
