City of Atlanta Office of Revenue Reminds Businesses to Renew Their License 

Businesses have until February 15, 2014 to file their renewal applications

ATLANTA - The Office of Revenue announced today that businesses will have until February 15, 2014 to file their business license renewal application. Once renewal applications are filed, businesses will have until April 1, 2014 to pay the invoiced amount.

Businesses are encouraged to renew their license, using their PIN, online at .

Some businesses are not eligible for online renewal. Those businesses include: parking garages, attorneys, legal services and any business with an account with a returned mailing address omitted from their online renewal file. These businesses are encouraged to download and complete the city’s new renewal application form.

Businesses should note that they will be penalized for not filing. Businesses who have not filed by February 15, 2014 will receive a failure to file notice and $500 fine.
