Mayor Kasim Reed Joins HUD Secretary Julián Castro to Make Important Announcement to Benefit West Atlanta Neighborhoods

WHO:	Mayor Kasim Reed Secretary Julián Castro, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Tim Keane, Commissioner, Department of Planning and Community Development Joy Fitzgerald, President and CEO, Atlanta Housing Authority
WHAT:	Mayor Reed will join representatives from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Atlanta Housing Authority for a major announcement. Following the press conference, Mayor Reed, Secretary Castro and community partners will participate in a walking tour of the many revitalization efforts underway and opportunities for redevelopment on Atlanta's Westside.
