Mayor Kasim Reed will join Jack Portman and Dr. Bud Peterson to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new Coda at Tech Square. Coda represents a $375 million investment into Midtown’s budding innovation district and is anticipated to have an economic impact of $813.8 million. It is expected to create 2,100 constructions jobs and 2,400 jobs onsite after completion. The 750,000 square-foot “Class T” Collaborative office complex is the next phase of Georgia Tech’s Square, Atlanta’s most sought –after neighborhood for technology and science-based companies.
