AIRPORT CONCESSIONS PROPOSALS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW
More than two million pages will be in the Old Council Chambers
| WHAT: | The Departments of Aviation and Procurement will make approximately two million pages of 2011 airport procurement proposals available for public review beginning Tuesday morning. Copies of all proposals submitted to the Department of Procurement in response to the City’s September 17, 2011 solicitation for the Food & Beverage and Retail procurements will be available for public review at City Hall Tuesday through Friday. The proposals will be available for public review between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. |

| NOTES: | The City received 107 proposals in response to its September 17, 2011 solicitation for the Food & Beverage and Retail procurements. Interested parties will be allowed to review the proposals free of charge; however, a $0.25 per-page charge will apply in the event anyone wishes to obtain copies. Payment will only be accepted by check or credit card. Cash will not be accepted. |
