WHAT:	Mayor Kasim Reed will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Walmart Supercenter at the Historic Westside Village in Vine City. Walmart will redevelop a site formerly occupied by a major grocery chain and will help revitalize the economy of the once-thriving commercial district in Southwest Atlanta while also creating more than 250 jobs
