HOURS OF OPERATION
- General Office hours:
- Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Issuance of Trade Permits:
- Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Finance (Cashier) Accepts payments until 4:00 p.m.

- Processing and the issuance of Trade Permits
- Mechanical (HVAC)
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Low Voltage
- Public Utility Permits (Electrical Wiring Inspection)
- City of Atlanta residents whose electrical service has been disconnected for six months or more will be referred by Georgia Power to the Office of Buildings, Trade Permit Issuance Division to obtain a "Public Utility" Permit.
- Registering and/or updating license professional's data who are registered with the State of Georgia.
- Alcohol License for events requests
ONLINE PERMITTING:
To apply for a Mechanical, Electrical, Low Voltage, Fire Sprinkler, or Plumbing Permit online . Some restrictions apply.
