Brownfield Pullman Yard Cleanup
Pullman Yard property owner, Atomic Entertainment Development, LLC (Atomic), has submitted a loan application to the City of Atlanta/Invest Atlanta Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), to pay for the cleanup of hazardous building materials at the former Pullman Yard Railroad site. The Brownfield Program is funded with grants from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
NPU H Plan
Thế giới cáThe NPU H Plan will represent the collective vision, policies and strategies that will serve as guide for the future of the 17 neighborhoods in NPU H. Community members will identify community assets, share issues, opportunities and challenges, and identify catalytic projects to spur redevelopment along the NPU H’s main corridors. The community will be able to provide input and review the draft plan during a series of community meetings and by completing a survey. The final plan will include implementation strategies to leverage public and private resources. It will be presented to City Council for adoption and incorporation into the Comprehensive Development Plan.

West End Livable Centers Initiative (LCI)
As a collaboration between City of Atlanta Councilmember Cleta Winslow, Councilmember Joyce Sheperd, the Department of City Planning and the Atlanta Regional Commission, the updated West End LCI plan will reflect the community’s vision and today’s market conditions, including updated conceptual development plans, transportation recommendations, and an implementation plan. Community meetings and outreach will occur throughout the planning process, beginning from May to October 2019. Additionally, the West End LCI plan will occur in close coordination with the Beltline Subarea 1 Master Plan Update in the same area.

CD 12 Neighborhood Blueprint Plan for Perkerson and Hammond Park
This plan will build on previous planning work in the area, focusing on economic development opportunities, recommended development concepts, and an implementation strategy. Initiated by Councilmember Joyce Sheperd, the goal of this planning process is to develop a community-supported master plan with involvement from the immediate and surrounding neighborhoods.
