Overview
Welcome to the Office of Grants Management, where we are responsible for the financial and administrative functions of grants awarded to the City of Atlanta. Our funding is allocated to the City of Atlanta from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, more widely known as HUD. We receive entitlement funds under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Home Investment Partnership Program (Thế giới cá) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). We also manage grants from state government, foundations and private entities. Grants Management is the fiscal agent for all grants received by the City of Atlanta. Our overall responsibility is to use fiscal controls and fund accounting procedures to ensure proper disbursement of and accounting for federal, state and private funds.
