Coan Park Therapeutic Center 

The (TRS) Therapeutic Recreation Services program provides sports, recreation, leisure and outreach services to residents with mild to moderate physical, mental and emotional disabilities.  Services include therapeutic programs and adaptive sports opportunities which address the special needs of individuals with disabilities which have difficulties adapting and participating in recreational opportunities offered to the general public.

Coan Park Recreation Center provides an inclusive afterschool program for children between the ages of 5-17 with mild to moderate disabilities.  All new potential participants with special needs must go through the interview process before a decision is made as to whether or not they will be accepted into the program.  Thế giới cáPlease contact the center at (404)371-5008 for further information.

The summer program is offered during June-July primarily for children with special needs between the ages of 6-21 with mild to moderate disabilities.  An interview process must be completed before access is granted into the program.

Days & Times: Mon. – Fri. | 2:30 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
